The 4th Quarter 2017 Cincinnati Office Snapshot is Now Available
2017 could be characterized as an up-and-down year for the Greater Cincinnati office market. Direct vacancy fluctuated between 18.5% and 19.4% over the course of 2017 and at the end Q4 stood at 18.8%. Year-over-year, vacancy has increased slightly (16 basis points). More specifically, suburban vacancy rose from 19.8% to 20.2%, while vacancy in the CBD dropped from 16.7% to 16.5%.
